Highly inspired and grass root leader of the Maharashtra’s first chief Minister late Shri YashwantraoChavan took an initiative started MarathwdaShikshanPrasarakMandal’s in the year1958.By the auspicious hand of late Shri VinayakraojiPatil under his cooperation from others. Balbhim College was established at Beed in 1960 with the auspicious hands of him. The college was established with the motto ‘Tamso ma Jyotirgamaya’ (From darkness to light)then onwards Department of Commerce & Management Science began to work successfully in 1966-67 and in 1989-90 college also started offers P.G course .in Commerce.
