   In order to have the awareness of computer literary and to keep our Student from rural area in the race with urban area student , Our College management in 1993, has decided to start computer science subject as one of the optional subject at. B.sc. level . it was found that the syllabus of computer science deal only with different Programming language and study of software’s hence in order to have the knowledge of computer  hardware .
              We have three air conditioned computer laboratories , which are furnished. In order to link with recent knowledge we have the facility of Internet connection for the staff and students.
              From June 1999 our college conducting post graduate Course in computer science , for the post graduate student , there is a department library having number of reference books. We provide facility of reading room for P.G. students of computer science subject Number of our student developed ‘ Application Software’ as Academic project and these application software’s are now Implemented in different organization such as Hospital , Travel Agencies and for bank pigmy agents etc.
            This computer science department runs some short term courses For college student in order to provide basic computer knowledge. Department has also conducted one month course for non teaching Staff to use computer facility in their daily work. College received the permission from university and Govt. of Maharashtra to start B.C.A. ( Bachelor of Computer Application ) and B.Sc. (Computer Science)  courses from June 2003 and accordingly B.sc. Computer Science has been started. as well as started Advance Diploma in Software Development started to 2019.
            Department of computer science was started with very few Student but now nearly 590 student Learning in this department.
