With the inspiration from the first chief Minister of Maharashtra, late Shri. Yashwantrao Chavan and late Vinayakrao Patil established ‘Marathwda Shikshan Prasarak Mandal’s’ in 1958. It is with his esteemed hands, Balbhim College was founded at Beed in 1960. The college was established with the motto ‘Tamso ma Jyotirgamaya’ (From darkness to light) Dept. of Music began to work successfully in 2006 Non grant basis.
