Student Counseling Cell has been working continuously in the college since last many years. During the admission stage, the student is provided information about the courses which are available in the college. Keeps in view, the proclivity of the students, detailed information is given about which stream is suitable for them. This cell has works to guide the students by giving them the right direction to choose their career and also guide the students when they face difficulties during perusing education. All around development and guidance provided to the students through this cell every now and then

The Goal of counseling cell is to facilitate positive behavior changes, improving the student’s ability to establish and maintain relationship socially promoting their decision making process, helping the student to understand their own potential and cope with effectively about the problems student facing.
The counseling cell comprises of senior faculty to address the issues of both the gender. The cell is active in offering opportunities to the students to air their grievances, seek remedy through self introspection and it is successful in finding solutions to many complex issues posed by the students of both the gender. Counseling of students in any college on a regular basis is very essential to channelize the student’s activities and to focus their attention on desired goals. College also, with the noble idea of maintaining good morality among students, preserving the goal in the students mind and to avoid perversion in the college campus.
Objectives:

- To develop self- confidence for preparation of competitive examinations.
